Should I Workout Today?

Hi world

Working out is the best thing you can do for your body besides eating healthy. Working out should be a priority for everybody but there's something that keeps people from that and that is: Laziness

Working out is boring
Ugh ... I don't want to workout today!!

I'm so guilty of this as well!!! It's way easier to just stay home taking a nap, watching TV or doing something else instead of working out but it's up to you to make a change in your life.

There are sooo many workout routines out there but not all of them will work for you, I watched some infomercials on TV and to be honest they look too intense for me, of course they will work great if you keep doing them all the time but realistically speaking, do you think you can keep doing them your whole life? My personal answer for that question is NO, I can not do intense exercises for the rest of my life but I instead choose to do other things that I know I can do.

I think it's more important to make this a new lifestyle instead of a short term fix. If you really want to improve your body (toning, losing or maintaining your weight) you have to change your habits. That means start moving instead of taking that nap or watching TV.

You should go at your own pace and start to build your way up if you can. I found many exercises that I know I can do for many years to come and not give up after a few weeks, and I will share with you guys in future posts and who knows they are the right kind of exercises for you as well :)

Of course exercise alone won't do the trick, you also need to change your eating habits! I started this section in my blog about healthy food ( Healthy Eating Thursdays ) I replaced many bad food I used to eat for really good stuff and I want to share that with you guys so make sure to check them out!

After working out
Yay! I finished my workout!! And it was easy!!!

You have to dedicate time for your own body. You decide how you want your body to be. Be your best self!!

  1. It's true, you feel much better after you have some exercise. That hardest part is deciding when to do it.

  2. Sooo true lol. Definitely need to set some time aside for yourself to work out :D I've been having this problem for a couple weeks now. I was working out consistently and then it all went down hill lol. Need to get back on it!

  4. This is exactly the kind of article people would want to hear to keep on track. Because we know that changing lifestyle into a healthy one is really not an easy journey. There are a lot of hindrances that may come along the way, but it’s very rewarding once we overcome it all. Thanks for sharing!
