If you had read my New Year's resolutions you know that one of my goals is to lose weight, I gained some during the holidays and I'm working on losing them all :)
I don't believe in diets at all, I believe in healthy eating. I can kind of blame my bf for all my weight gain lol because he used to eat so much and didn't want to eat alone so yeah he always bought bad fast food for me as well. BUT we decided to change our eating habits and the weight is going down! YAY!
I;m planning on writing every Thursday about my meals and maybe help you get ideas on what is good and working for me. I'm not saying I'm an expert on this but I made my research :)
Just so you know how I'm starting this are my Stats
Weight: 105 lb (currently)
My goal is to go back to my previous weight 95 - 100 (before eating all that junk food >.<) Some of you might think that's too little but for my height, bone mass and doctor's opinion it is quite good.
So make sure to check Next Thursday! and Let's both make good eating changes and get healthy!
